SE Norfolk come fifth in the inter-counties at Sheffield

Team Norfolk came 5th at the Swim England National County Team Championships 2026, held at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield on Sunday 4 October.

Every swimmer gave their best, supported their teammates and contributed to what was a fantastic overall team performance. There were some excellent individual swims, some exciting relay races and great team spirit.

Norfolk finished 5th in Division 2 with 429 points. We came incredibly close to securing promotion to Division 1, finishing just 5 points behind fourth place. This is Norfolks highest result for a significant period of time.

A big thank you to the coaching team, team managers, and officials who supported the team and helped make the day possible.
