This years Inter Club Gala will take place at UEA Sportspark, Norwich on 9th June. All the information about the Gala can be found on the Inter Club Gala page which can be found here. Clubs have until 1st May to confirm they wish to take part and pay the entry fee.
The entry packs for the County Challenge Gala are now available.
The Qualifying Times for the County Championships are now available. Times need to be achieved at L1-4 meets from 1 January 2023. The 800/1500m times will be reviewed at the end of September but will not be made faster.
Congratulations to West Norfolk who secured the top spot at this years County Challenge Gala 2023.
