The region is currently short of volunteers for things like the spectator entrance and marshalling for the forthcoming two weekends of swimming at the Regional Championships in Norwich. Technical officials are also required. If you can help the details of how to apply can be found here
This years Inter Club Gala will take place at UEA Sportspark, Norwich on 9th June. All the information about the Gala can be found on the Inter Club Gala page which can be found here. Clubs have until 1st May to confirm they wish to take part and pay the entry fee.
